Highly recommend this place!!! I've been to other Physio locations in the past 17 years and Preferred Rehab is by far the best. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and the place is super clean. I have been able to work with both therapists and they have been fantastic and the exercise plans they provide to do at home (which is sent via an app/website) is extremely helpful to stay on track. A+++++

I HIGHLY recommend this place! I've been to quite a few Physio locations in the past few years and Preferred Rehab is by far the absolute BEST! I had been having knee pain for a while from a soccer injury and tried out 2 other places before coming here. Upon my first arrival I noticed how friendly, welcoming, and kind the staff were! They did an initial assessment with me so they knew not only what was in pain, but also what level of activity I wanted to get back to so they could work towards that! Over the approximately 8 weeks I was with them I had worked with almost all the staff, and there's not one person there I wouldn't recommend! They helped me get back to playing all the sports I wanted to, and got me ready for ski season! They provide exercise plans for you to do at home, and it's over an app/website which is really cool! And you get to keep those exercises even after your treatment is done! They work on new exercises with you during appointments to help you do them properly too! I am so happy with this place, and they helped my recovery so much, when I was close to giving up on it! Now I'm back to running, skiing, and working out with full use of my knee and no more pain! The registered massage therapists on site are also amazing at what they do! I got a couple massages for the muscles around my knee, and honestly they helped so much! I could go on for days about this place! Definitely go here! They are AMAZING!
