He has worked with a wide range of clinical conditions and with people of all levels of pain and function. Dr. Ledia Attia holds an Honours Bachelor of Sciences specializing in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. With a passion for preventative and alternative healthcare, she went on to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Shayne Glass-Smith

Shayne graduated from The University of Alberta in 2019 with his Master's of Science in Physiotherapy. He has worked with a wide range of clinical conditions and with people of all levels of pain and function. Shayne is passionate about delivering optimal care to his patients through an evidence-informed, patient-centered care. Shayne largely has an active approach to rehabilitation, but enjoys and appreciates the use of various manual therapy and soft-tissue techniques (including Dry Needling Acupuncture). Prior to being a Physiotherapist, Shayne spent over 10 years in the health and wellness field in positions such as Personal Trainer, Physiotherapist Assistant, and Kinesiologist. Shayne's favourite activities including basketball, volleyball, and strength training.

The focus of her practice includes: Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Hot Lomi, Myofascial release, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Swedish techniques.

Nadine Maraj-Nyiri

Nadine graduated from Centennial College in 2005. She has been a certified Vodder trained Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapist since 2005 and is an active member of the Lymphedema Association of Ontario. Her clinical focus is on patient rehabilitation through patient–therapist collaboration. She believes educating her patients on how to take care of themselves empowers them to move forward with confidence. Nadine’s clinical experience centres around treating lymphatic conditions (including lymphedema), compression bandaging and lymph-taping. Nadine also treats acute injury, provides post operative care, helping to heal scar tissue and reduce inflammation. Lymphatic drainage massage can also assist in treating insomnia, anxiety disorders as well as assisting the body during cleansing / general detoxification. She also provides deep tissue rehabilitative and relaxation massage, helping her patients feel the best they can!

Dr. Ledia Attia holds an Honours Bachelor of Sciences specializing in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. In addition, Dr. Attia is trained in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. Ledia utilizes a combination of treatment approaches including neurofunctional acupuncture, muscle release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping therapy as well as rehabilitative exercise to achieve your goal. Dr. Attia’s focus lies in identifying and correcting deficient movement patterns to optimize performance. She is passionate about providing evidence-based, functional solutions that keep you doing the things you love.

Jessica PT

Jessica graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2016 from Western University with a piqued interest in rehabilitation after volunteering as an athletic trainer for the varsity program. She continued her education at Western and completed her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2018. Throughout her university placements, Jessica gained skills and experience working with a variety of patient populations including concussion, stroke, surgical, chronic pain, sport, and pediatrics. Jessica has a passion for helping others achieve their optimum quality of life using creative and goal-oriented treatment programs. Having grown up in Haldimand County, she is excited to be returning to help her home community by joining the Argyle Physio and Fitness interdisciplinary team.
