I found Charlotte Crombeen to be very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. She carefully explains why I am performing the various exercises and adds new ones according to my age and ability. The result has been a a significant amount of reduction in my back pain. I highly recommend Charlotte.

I have had excellent care with the clinic at West 5. My team consisted of Nader and Alyssa, and both were helpful in assisting me in my treatment after a MVA resulted in a concussion. The team is knowledgable, taking the time to educate you, and listen to what you have to say about your condition in order to individualize care. I have worked with many healthcare providers throughout my recovery, and it is rare to find clinicians that not only listen, but truly are empathic to your rehab journey. As well, provide great bedside manner - thanks Nader for the help and the laughs!

Four days after my total knee replacement I began a series of physio sessions with Nader and his assistant Alicia.During my first session Nader asked me questions to better understand my physical situation prior to the operation (I am active gym goer). Using this knowledge Nader challenged me at every session by introducing physio exercises that were more difficult yet necessary for recovery. The result: after 7 weeks I was thrilled to participate in my regular gym class and was able to execute all the class routines. For me the physio sessions had the added benefit of having a social element. We discussed many health related and other topics. I credit Nader’ holistic approach to being key in helping my accelerate recovery.Thank you Nader and Alicia

In two weeks Courtney's program has greatly reduced my nerve pain and increased my core stability with innovative exercises. Tens and accupinture have rapidly helped my chronic pain. The team has been professional, kind and caring!

Nader ElHayek is simply the best..he identifies and treats the problem, not the symptoms. He truly cares about his patient’s health and well-being which is reflected in his treatments.I have recommended him to several other people (some who believed they were incurable) and he was able to resolve their issues as well.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Preferred Rehab. Every single person who works at this clinic is incredibly emphatic and make you feel welcome and positive about healing. Whether it’s the physiotherapists, the kinesiologists, or the staff at the front desk - they all work together to ensure you are getting the best care and they all communicate so well with each other. The physiotherapists, particularly Nader and Courtney who I’ve been treated by, are exceptional and very knowledgeable. There is such a positive energy at this clinic and I look forward to my appointments and will forever recommend it to others who need treatment!

Excellent physio care by Charlotte! On Day One she thoroughly asked questions and took the time to listen to my description of symptoms and chronology of events. She was really intent on understanding the root cause. She showed me diagrams of the body and symptoms of pinched nerves so I could understand her treatment methods and how to avoid repeat injury. I like her approach of keeping treatment techniques simple and then progressively adding different techniques based on improvement. Charlotte and her physio assistant Anthony work together well as a team of phsiotherapists. Highly recommend!

Nader is very informative and thorough and caring. 11/10 would recommend to anyone with any type of injury. Ive tried three other physio companies and always end up back at West 5 to see Nader. (I tried other physio companies because they were closer to my home, but i now take the extra time to drive 35 minutes through London traffic at rush hour just to see Nader because he is that good). His team is also very kind and welcoming and informative as well. Very knowledgeable staff. Dr Tugalev is awesome too.

I went in stressing due to paperwork for insurance and the staff there were so helpful in assisting in areas I missed and explaining how it all worked. My exam was easy and Anna made me feel calm and explained my assessment with ease and calmness which helped me. I left feeling helped and know that they will help me moving forward. Thank you all highly recommend!

I sure am glad a friend recommended West Five. I reached out to book an appointment with Charlotte and I couldn’t be more pleased.Charlotte’s assessment of my knee pain and treatment plan provided me with quick results allowing me to enjoy my activities without pain.Since that time I have seen her for my neck pain. I had a thoroughassessment that identified the root cause. I really appreciate her approach. She communicates clearly the issue and answers my questions thoroughly. I have seen many physiotherapists in past but hands down Charlotte has provided me with the best care and results. Highly recommend!
